At 2343DEPARTMENT, we use carefully selected local ingredients based on the concept of local production and consumption.The buckwheat flour used for the galettes and the wheat flour used for the crepes are an original blend of ingredients produced in Atsugi.In addition, the vegetables used in many of our dishes are delivered directly from farms in Ebina, Atsugi, and Ayase who are particular about growing them.We also sell food ingredients at the store.
